Cancellation Policy
I charge a 20% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. I reserve the right to refuse service on the grounds that I feel unsafe, the area is unsanitary to work in or client is behaving inappropriately. All services are final sale and there are NO REFUNDS. It is the responsibility of the client to follow are prep and aftercare instructions and Spray Tans by Sarah is not responsible for the outcome of not following the correct prep or aftercare instructions. During the service women can be nude but men must wear underwear. Pets and small children must be out of the room or in an enclosed area for the duration of the service. For any appointments that take place outside a 20 mile radius from our base location, a flat rate travel fee of $10 will apply.
